Influenza Care-
In influenza, the patient should take care of the following to prevent the disease.
1. The infected person should always be kept in a separate room so that his sneezing, coughing, etc. do not spread through the air.
2. In case of fever take a diet of barley, sago, etc. In case of any stomach problems, chhana, and easily digested food should be given. 3. Fat foods, oily fried foods should be avoided. In diet, patients may take fresh fruits, fish, green vegetables, soups, etc. Milk is not allowed at this time.
4. The patient should be kept in a separate room with proper air. The patient should take plenty of water.
5.The patient should take an adequate amount of sleep in a dark room if possible.
