If the blood cholesterol is more than 250 mg or triglyceride is more than 150 mg, then saturated fats like butter, coconut oil, egg yolk, fatty fish or meat should be avoided. Polyunsaturated fats such as sunflower oil are acceptable instead. High protein foods, low oily, low salt foods are generally acceptable. So it is better to take enough fruits, vegetables.
